Brotherhood Social ("Brotherhood," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Brotherhood mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account information: email address, username, display name, and profile photo when you create an account.
- Content you create: posts, comments, messages, photos, and videos you share through the app.
- Usage data: interactions such as likes, follows, and screen views, collected via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics for stability improvements.
- Push notification tokens: used solely to deliver notifications you have opted into.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Brotherhood app.
- Send notifications about activity relevant to you (likes, comments, new posts from Brothers).
- Monitor app stability and fix crashes.
- Enforce our terms and protect users from abuse.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: for authentication, database, storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Law enforcement: if required by law or to protect user safety.
5. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on-device. Firebase infrastructure handles encryption at rest.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. When you delete your account, we remove your profile data, posts, and associated media from our servers. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period before being purged.
7. Children’s Privacy
Brotherhood is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly within the app. For additional requests, contact us at the address below.
